My name is Mary and I am a 26 year old graduate student studying Political Science/International Studies at the American University in Cairo. I have moved my entire life to Cairo for the next two years in search of a unique educational opportunity, a cultural adventure, and whatever else Cairo and the rest of the world has in store for me.

I decided to keep this blog for my family, friends, and for future travelers to Egypt and the Middle East.
